Beyond Compliance: Strategic Stewardship for Your Financial Legacy.
Most views of accounting are backward-looking. At Aman Tax and Accounting, we view financial management as the strategic foundation of your success. Whether you are leading a growing business, directing a mission-driven nonprofit, or managing tax complexities, you require more than just a tax preparer.
Led by Bryan Aman, CPA, EA, our firm provides the executive-level oversight typically reserved for large-scale enterprises. We don’t just record your history; we navigate your financial future and stand as your unrestricted advocate before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Professional Background
A Boardroom Perspective for Your Organization
With nearly a decade of specialized experience across corporate leadership and public accounting, my career is dedicated to managing complex financial ecosystems. I currently serve as a Fractional CFO for high-growth entities, following a successful tenure as a Financial Controller and CFO for multi-million dollar organizations.
My Public Accounting experience provided the technical foundation to manage multi-industry and multi-entity tax compliance, while my executive roles sharpened my expertise in cash flow optimization, internal controls, and long-term fiscal strategy.
I founded this firm to bring that active “CFO-tier” precision to a limited engagement model. By intentionally restricting our client base, I ensure that every partner receives the meticulous attention and proactive strategy their legacy deserves.
The Dual-Credential Advantage
Unrestricted Federal & State Representation
I hold a distinctive combination of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Enrolled Agent (EA) designations. This alignment provides my clients with an integrated safeguard for their operations:
- The CPA Advantage: As a Florida Licensed CPA, I combine technical accounting precision with high-level financial strategy. I provide the financial oversight and growth planning required for complex business and nonprofit operations within the state
- The EA Advantage: As a practitioner licensed by the U.S. Treasury, I hold Unrestricted Practice Rights before the IRS. I provide the highest level of representation for audits, collections, and appeals—standing as the professional barrier between you and the IRS
